Senior Production Supervisor
We are currently on the hunt for a senior production supervisor to join Razin's team to manage its furniture & wood production processes and implement production plans. The supervisor will also supervise the work of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules as well as ensure compliance to company policies.
Job Summary
We are currently on the hunt for a senior production supervisor to join Razin's team to manage its furniture & wood production processes and implement production plans. The supervisor will also supervise the work of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules as well as ensure compliance to company policies.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the woodwork carpentry department, upholstery section, painting & spraying departments.
Monitor the timing of production of furniture items as per the project requirements.
Ensure cost effective execution of projects as per estimated project requirements.
Plan, schedule and follow-up on all woodwork production processes.
Daily monitoring and preparation of production personnel schedule, ensuring planning and organizing resources in advance for assigned sites.
Set production targets as per scheduled delivery dates.
Devise on processes and procedures to improve the quality of products.
Manage projects within the established scope and schedules.
Define the responsibilities of supervisors and foremen according to their positions.
Train workers on new production techniques and quality safety procedures.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in woodwork and furniture production
Technical experience in drawings, production, and quality
AutoCAD experience is a must to prepare production drawings when needed
Language: English is a must, Arabic (preferred)
