Working hours: Sunday to Thursday,
from 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Summary

We are currently on the hunt for a group of talented projects sales supervisor to join Razin’s efforts and help us fulfil our vision and to turn Razin’s clients ideas into reality. The supervisor should provide furniture customization services to clients. They should also provide interior designing services to Razin’s clients who are looking to re-design their spaces. The job requires a high level of creativity, meticulous follow up with clients, superior client servicing, along with technical knowledge in interior design, fabrication and furniture manufacturing with sales professional skills.

  Supervisor should have a wide network of customers, and to make sure that Razin’s B2B clients got talented and satisfied by Razin’s Ideas, identifying there orders and needs, and to explain all add values from Razin’s matching ideas explaining the production technics and finally close the deal by professional sales skills using an ERP system and create the sales order.

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and follow furniture industry changes, innovation and best practices (local and overseas).

  • Monitor new trends in furniture design and set up actions to adopt.

  • Conceptualize, plan, create, design and modify layouts and original designs in accordance with brand and company guidelines.

  • Monitor the most demanded designs and develop models accordingly.

  • Perform custom designs for different types of furniture and keep updating showroom furniture pieces and sets.

  • Work with clients to design or renovate spaces, to meet their standards and to translate their needs into plans and drawings and create the sales order.

  • Implement designs, layouts and everything needed for customers’ designs and orders.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure design specifications have been met their expectation.

  • Join all customers in the showroom to identify their needs and to explain well all Razin’s lab concept including (raw material – production – fabrics) and to close the order with them successfully. 

  • Well coordinate with other team and other departments to get the orders executed.  Smooth and long-term communication skills with potential customers 

  • Passion for new trends, color, technology and furnishings, and the ability to guide clients through the design process for their homes / businesses

  • Ability to relate to clients with Excitement, Integrity, and Creativity

  • Must enjoy working in fast-paced environment, with ability to help multiple clients simultaneously on busy days

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff

  • Previous sales and design experience required, preferably in the furniture industry and furniture projects as well- two are a must.

Requirements

  • A certificate in Sales and marketing skills with a professional B2B woodworks background.

  • Super sales skills to close orders with customers.

  • Have at least one-year practical B2B woodworks experience .

  • Saudi citizen is the first, or transferable ID for expats.
