Job Summary
We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager to support Razin in the showroom sales process helping us to convert showroom visitors into buyers. The candidate must be able to sell furniture pieces & communicate the services of Razin to potential customers. This job requires a minimum of three years experience in sales and preferably within the creative industry such as furniture & interior design. The candidate must be confident in communicating our concept, understanding clients, servicing them and following up on orders. This job requires a high level of communication and organization skills. A background in interior design or coming from the creative industry is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Razin’s concept, products, services and prices to assist clients in their purchasing decisions.
Identify sales opportunities through understanding clients’ needs and recommending products and services accordingly.
Generate sales and sign new interior design projects to meet sales goals.
Use a consultative selling approach to offer our showroom visitors advice on the products and services that fit their needs and budgets.
Manage and follow up on client orders and their delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
Support customers via phone calls and appointments booking.
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience and come up with solutions to solve sales-related issues.
Derive insights from showroom visitors on all aspects related to our offerings and communicate them to the team.
Coordinate with the creative director and the team of interior designers to incorporate customers feedback and find ways to increase sales in the showroom.
Provide support in the overall operations of Razin’s showrooms and ongoing events & activities.
