Job Summary

We are currently on the hunt for a quality control officer to join Razin's team and oversea the manufacturing & production of furniture items. The Quality Control Officer will ensure that we meet quality srtandards for materials, products, NDP, manufacturing process, FG, packing, logistics, mock ups, etc.. They will devise ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and set quality policies according to global furniture quality standards and legal regulations for quality control function.

• Lead special inspection tool design processes.

• Manage all incoming material and component inspection activities, and develop and manage new product testings

• Manage the disposal of non-conforming material, components and products, ensuring that company and product quality requirements are met.

• Monitor the verification and follow-up of quality issues occurring at the production line and customer sites, ensuring all open NCM issues can be closed in a timely manner.

• Inspection of solid wood works, carpentry, and assembly wooden items.

• Inspection for painting and color matching vs Approved sample+ Visual inspection

• Upholstery and finishing inspection before packing and delivery

• Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non-conformity goods disposal, etc..

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about furniture manufacturing and production

• 3 to 10 years experience in the furniture manufacturing domain (woodwork, painting, upholstery)

• A role with QC achievement record

• ISO9001/2018 is preferred
